At Lopez Tech Repairs, we stand behind our work and want you to feel confident with your purchase.
 

Device Sales

  • All devices sold come with a 7-day return window starting from the date of purchase.

  • Returns are only accepted if the device passes our in-house inspection and shows no signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering.

  • If approved, returns may be issued as a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Warranty on Devices

  • Devices sold include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer or internal hardware defects.

  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, software issues caused by updates, or misuse.

Repair Services

  • Repairs are covered by a 30-day warranty on the specific part replaced.

  • Warranty applies only to the repaired component and does not cover new damage, unrelated issues, or physical/liquid damage after the repair.

  • Labor and diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Devices financed through third-party services (such as financing providers) are not eligible for returns. Any billing or financing concerns must be handled directly with the provider.

  • Accessories, cases, chargers, screen protectors, and special-order parts are final sale.

General Conditions

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or warranty claims.

  • Any device showing signs of tampering, unauthorized repair, or altered serial numbers will void return eligibility and warranty.
